With each step of the process explained in detail, you’ll leave this class with newfound knowledge, confidence, and the ability to craft delicious chocolates on my own. What does the Summer Chocolate Masterclass include?

• Chocolatier led Masterclass with live demonstration showcasing chocolate-making techniques.
• Roll, dip and decorate six ganache-filled chocolate truffles in the finest Belgian couverture chocolate.
• Craft and personalise your very own chocolate lolly with a selection of chocolate toppings.
• Use piping bag to customise a pre-made chocolate bar with hand-written messages.
• Draw chocolate shapes and pictures onto cocoa butter transfer sheet.
• Package and seal your finished creations to take home with you to enjoy.

The Summer Chocolate Masterclass takes place every Wednesday between 2pm-3.30pm (90 minutes long).
